Sharon™ Fruit Salad (by Etti Peled)
Ingredients for side dish:
- 6 Sharon™ Fruit
- 3 celery stalks
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 100 gr chopped almonds or nuts
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds (optional)
- Peel Sharon™ Fruit and cut in cubes.
- Cut peeled celery stalks in small pieces.
- Add the sugar and lemon juice.
- Add the almonds/ nuts. Toss gently.
