Sharon™ Fruit Salad (by Etti Peled)

Sharon Fruit SaladIngredients for side dish:

  • 6 Sharon™ Fruit
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 100 gr chopped almonds or nuts
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds (optional)

Preparation:

  • Peel Sharon™ Fruit and cut in cubes.
  • Cut peeled celery stalks in small pieces.
  • Add the sugar and lemon juice.
  • Add the almonds/ nuts. Toss gently.
